Production management

The production management department at UMCJ controls the entire production flow, from order intake to startup, production planning, delivery and operation of equipment, shipment logistics planning, progress control, and actual shipment. It is this group that developed UMCJ's unique material management system (MMS), through which a variety of essential data related to warehouse/stock management and ordering/delivery management, as well as product performance and inventory account records can be gathered and analyzed, providing customers with a support mechanism that is specific to their needs but flexible enough to adjust to changes in plans. Moreover, with the effective implementation of an automatic inter-process conveyance system, the conveyance directives that govern the Stocker to equipment flow and automatic scheduling functions of the system enable the realization of more accurate work through the elimination of operational errors.
