In order for UMCJ to observe the applicable regulations as specified in both domestic and international laws and the Anti-pollution Agreement of Government Ministries, Prefectural Governments, Local Authorities and Tateyama City, the status of observance of environment related laws and regulations ...etc. is checked up on regularly by the managers in each department.
  At the end, the status of observance is evaluated definitively at the Environmental Laws Deliberation Subcommittee which is one of the subcommittees under the umbrella of Special Committee in our organization for environmental management system.
