Education and Training Activity With an aim to enable all people who do their job within our plant to go about their daily functions while having a common perception of ecological issues and UMCJ's environmental conservation policy, all regular employees, partner's employees who are getting a full-time job at UMCJ as well as temporary staff are supposed to receive general ecological education.For the employees working, UMCJ make trainings regularly to prepare for emergency situations such as Chemical Fluid Leakage, Heavy Oil Leakage, Fire Fight…etc. has been conducted.
