Ultra-pure water closed-circulation system

UMCJ takes water from wells and city water lines, and then purifies it using ion-exchange and filtering processes. The resulting ultra-pure water is used to wash semiconductors. The used water is then re-purified to be reused again. This recycling process not only minimizes wastewater, but also reduces water usage.
